Description
Cham Cham (also called Chomchom) is a traditional Bengali sweet known for its soft, spongy texture and rich flavor. Prepared from fresh chenna (cottage cheese), the sweets are shaped into ovals, cooked in sugar syrup, and often rolled in grated coconut or topped with khoya.
Its delicate sweetness and melt-in-the-mouth consistency make it a favorite during festivals, weddings, and celebrations.
